Banana Bread
This is a great recipe! Even my chef boyfriend was impressed. Will most definitely make this again. I used 2/3 cup brown sugar, and I used real butter. One of the banana's was in almost liquid form, which I think contributed to the moistness.

Mexican Wedding Cakes I
These were good, a little to delicate though. They fell apart as you ate them. My family loved them, so I will make again next year.

Homemade Flour Tortillas
This recipe is amazing! So easy, and very fast to make. It has the 5 star approval from my boyfriend, who is not only Mexican, but a professionally trained Chef. I used shortening instead of lard, at his request and they came out perfect!
