This is a really great recipe as is. My 6 year old even loves it! Goes great with the Golden Sweet Cornbread from this site.

Marshmallow Fondant

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2011
Yikes! This took me forever to work with. It was my first time ever using any type of fondant, so I suspect it gets easier with time. Due to others reviews, I tried rolling it out with Crisco and I had a terrible time with it. Others recommended corn starch but I couldn't get it off the fondant. So I ended up using powdered sugar to roll it out, this worked best for me but I don't know how people get all the powdered sugar off. I would recommend this for the taste. Hopefully, it will be a little easier to use next time I make it.

Cinnamon Rolls III

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2011
OH MY WORD! Can I give these 10 stars? These are by far the BEST cinnamon rolls I have ever had. I added a little less than 3/4 cups pecans though, I'm not a huge nut person. Other than that, I made exactly as written. I've made them twice and I just found the recipe a week ago. :)

Very delicious! The only thing I did different was I used brown sugar for the filling. Will make this again and again!

All-Day Apple Butter

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2010
This recipe is delicious! I used very tart apples, from my sister's tree, so I did end up using the entire 4 cups of sugar. I think the reviewers who said they used less probably didn't use tart apples. Also, my cook time was WAY more than the recipe said. I cooked it covered on low for 10 hours, put it in the fridge over night, then cooked it on low UNcovered, the next day, for another 10-11 hours. I also put it in the food processor to make is completely smooth towards the end of cooking. Everyone who's tasted it has loved it. Thanks so much for this wonderful recipe Terri!

Millie Pasquinelli's Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2010
Very scrumptious! We thought the seasoned salt and garlic powder would be overpowering but they aren't at all. We did not change anything about this recipe. We used halved chicken breasts the first time and chicken breasts cut into nuggets the second time. Great both ways!

Golden Sweet Cornbread

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2010
So delicious! Didn't change a thing, but I did double the recipe. We had our 3 nieces visiting from Florida, they'd never had cornbread before, and they loved it! They couldn't get enough of it.

Crispy Chicken Strips

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2009
We love this recipe! I've tried a couple of chicken strip recipes but I always come back to this one. The Mrs. Dash gives it a little zing. I find that crushed corn flakes work better than the rice krispies though, they stick to the chicken better so you get a little crunch. My 2 year old (like most 2 year olds) has become a very picky eater, but he loves these! I made these with home-made mac and cheese and my 5 year old nephew told me I should be a chef. Very yummy!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2008
I have tried a few different chocolate chip cookie recipes from this site and I thought I had found "the cookie" with Stephen's Chocolate Chip Cookies but I was mistaken!! Oh my gosh!! I put off making them because, like others, I thought the pudding was weird. You don't taste it at all. It just makes them extra yummy and moist. They do not taste homemade. A word of advice, definitely use butter and not margarine. I used margarine the first time I made them and they were really cakey. I also double the vanilla extract.

YUM YUM!! This was very good! I added cantaloupe instead of blueberries though. It was very refreshing and I nice change from plain fruit. I will definitely be making this again and again!

Cream Filled Cupcakes

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2008
My rating isn't very fair because I only used the filling part of the recipe. I used boxed milk chocolate cupcakes and made a chocolate butter cream frosting. They were delicious!!

Sugar Cookie Icing

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2008
I love this icing. It looks so pretty when it dries! The colors stay bright and shiny. Update: I use this recipe everytime I make sugar cookies, but I have found that if it is too thick, DO NOT add more corn syrup. Add more milk instead. If you add more corn syrup, it does not harden, it stays very sticky.

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2008
This recipe was awesome! I used garlic and herb cream cheese and we absolutely loved it! My only problem was that the filling melted out of the rolls, so I think I’ll just stuff the chicken breasts next time. Great recipe!!

Tender Pork Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2008
I tried this recipe because it had such great reviews. My husband and I were VERY disappointed.Like the other reviews say, the meat does just fall apart but it tasted terrible. I made it exactly as stated. We couldn't get past the incredibally salty flavor. If you aren't a big salt person than don't try this recipe.
