Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2009
To die for! These cookies are so delicious I couldn't stop eating them. I don't ever grease anything. But I do use olive oil non-stick cooking spray and it worked very well. No it didn't taste like olive oil (haha). Very easy and quick to make. I did put the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes and in between baking. I did not form them into balls. I just used a heaping teaspoons and pressed each cookie with my index finger on the cookie sheet before baking and they came out wonderful! My husband says I can make these anytime! They are so good! MMmm perfect with a glass of milk.

Cream of Wheat Griddlecakes

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2009
These were awesome. I used the regular cream of wheat. The first pancake was a little gritty but the ones after were gradually better from just sitting in the wet mixture and then gettting cooked. I used lowfat vanilla yogurt and it still tasted really good. :-) I will continue to use this and tell my mother about it as well... yummy! Thank You!

Four Egg Yellow Cake

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2009
I used butter instead of the shortening as one person suggested.... let me tell you... this cake is perfection!!! It is so delicious. I sifted my flour and I used organic 2% milk. Sooooo good! Better than I expected. Thanks so much! I will never buy another store bought cake.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2009
These are great! I used frozen blueberries like one of the other reviewers with no problem at all. My husband loved these and my topping was something else! It actually overflowed out on the sides of the muffin on the pan... so they have huge crowns and really are gourmet I think. I think that happened because of the baking soda! So cool! Thanks so much!
