Paul's Pumpkin Bars

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2012
Thee best pumpkin bars I have ever had! I even converted my nana from her tried and true recipe. I did use pumpkin pie spice instead of just cinnamon and half the oil and repaced it with unsweetened applesauce. Thanks

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2009
Great recipe quick and easy. I made it for a luncheon and the crock pot was licked clean when I went to clean up. I made one tiny change I pureed one can of the beans to help thicken. Thanks

Irish Champ

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2009
Amazing so easy so so good. We will keep this and rotate into monthly side dishes. I made two tiny changes I had some half and half so I used that in place of the milk. I also was very busy while making this so I left the skins on the potatoes and mashed them in. Extra vitamins and good texture. Thank you

Cowboy Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2009
This was really good and really easy. Salt and pepper the hamburger as it is cooking is a must. I only used one can of beans and that was enough. I also did not have biscuts so I served over bread. Very good thanks for a quick easy and tasty

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2008
We love this chicken and the spice mix. I keep it mixed up and use it for boneless skinless breast too. Even when I do not have time for overnight a couple hours works too. I always separate the skin and dust under it so the seasoning is on the meat too. It is great in the oven, crock pot, and on the grill. If you want an extra moist breast meat place it in the pan breast side down. I aways make extra to shred off and keep around for soups and sandwhiches. Thank you for this awsome recipe.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: May 27, 2009
Wow this was amazing. I did not change the ingrediants but I did change the cooking method. I only had 1 lbs of shrimp, so after I mixed the sauce I used half for the shrimp and tossed the rest with 1 box of cooked angel hair pasta also mixing in about a cup of reserved cooking water. It was 80 degrees that night so I poured a little more than half of the remaining sauce over the shrimp and let marinade for 30 min. I then skwered the shrimp and grilled them basting with the remaining marinade. Perfect summertime dinner or lunch. I will make again and again and maybe in the fall or winter I will bake in the oven and try that way.

All-Day Apple Butter

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2008
Very good I will make again and again. I put the apples thur the food processer first I could then use it hot and not have to wait for it to cool blend and reheat. I do have to say the first time I made it I was overtired and multitasking and made it with 5 cups of apples not 5 lbs huge diffrience.

Sausage con Queso Dip

I love this growing up but could not remember the ingredients. The only thing I did to improve was after the sausage was cooked I ground it in the food processor. It gave the dip a great consistancy. THANKS

Southwest Summer Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2008
Amazing these are so good. It was a great way to add tons of flavor with out salt and fat. When I made these I did not have BBQ or lemon but they were wonderful with out it. On another note I made extra the second time around and chopped up the meat and made chili with it my family loved that also. Thanks again.
