Scalloped Corn I
I subbed yogurt for the sour cream and left out altogether the butter. To the mix, I added half of a large onion (chopped in processor) and black pepper. I skipped adding any sugar. It was very tasty. I enjoyed it very much!I also found it was very soupy and took a LONG time to bake until it wasn't runny inside.

Seven Layer Magic Cookie Bars
How do others deal with the thick, heavy paste-like quality of the Sw. Cond. Milk? I made this a few times a couple years ago using evaporated milk and it never really solidified even if baked long, so this time I opted for cond. milk and it is so darn thick!

Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup
I added lemon juice and balsamic vinegar for extra flavor. Lemon juice is a diuretic and vinegar aids in digestion. I substituted fat-free, sodium-free chicken broth. Lastly, kidney beans have 4 times higher the amount of fiber than green beans so I subbed kidney beans. It's a great recipe and I am looking forward to seeing my weight loss in a few weeks!
