Butternut Squash Soup II

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2010
Amazing!!!! I'm lucky that my grocery store sells the butternut squash already peeled, seeded and cut up! Makes this recipe so easy! The one thing I do recommend is peeling the celery so you don't get any strings in the soup.

Greek Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2010
WOW!!! Great, easy pasta dish! Different from the usual, love that it has no "sauce" on it! Made it with whole wheat penne for a real healthy meal. I doubled the tomatoes cause we love them and added more chicken. A keeper!!! I already shared it with my mom!

Roasted Pork Loin

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2009
That was great! So easy & delicious!! I did sear it first in a large skillet & then put the entire pan in the oven. I did 375 degrees on convection & it cooked nice & crispy brown on the outside. It was like having a holiday meal during the week!!! Thanks for sharing!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2008
OMG!!! This is soooo easy!! AND it's awesome!!! No reason not to make this! I did season the pork with onion powder and garlic powder before cooking. I also used about 4 lbs. of pork for a family of 4. Used the Sweet Baby Rays like others suggested and it's now my favorite bbq sauce! I also buttered the buns before toasting! Thanks for sharing!!!

Grilled Marinated Swordfish

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2008
I've made this a few times now and it's a keeper! everyone loves it, so easy, all ingredients on hand. One suggestion to all...I hate opening a new bottle of white wine for a little bit needed in a recipe, so now I buy those little 4-packs in the liquor store and keep them around for recipes like this!!! No waste!

Chicken Delicious

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2007
Wow! Made this last night & everyone loved it! I put it all together in the crock pot the night before & left in on low for 8 hours. The chicken falls apart it is so tender. Served it over noodles with mixed veggies on the side. My husband & son added their veggies into the sauce & said it was a chicken pot pie filling. Husband said it was the best crock recipe he's tasted! And I loved it because their all ingredients that I had in the house. It's a keeper...thanks for sharing!

Jamie's Minestrone

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2006
This was unbelieveable! Coming from an Italian family, I didn't want to bow down to my mother-in-law for her recipe, so I took the chance on Jamie and it was worth it! I did have to add 2-3 cups extra chicken broth to give it more "soup" but it was hearty and I just happen to make it on a miserable, rainy day so everyone loved it even more! I shared some with a friend & everyone freaked over it! I will save this one forever maybe adding other veggies next time but it's just right the way it is! Thanks!

Macadamia-Crusted Sea Bass with Mango Cream Sauce

Reviewed: May 9, 2006
This was one of the best meals I have ever made or have eaten at the best restaurants!! What unbelieveable taste! My husband & kids loved it. It would be a great special occasion meal but I made it during the week because we had a friend who caught fresh sea bass on a fishing trip -- how lucky were we??!! And then to find this unbelieveable recipe was a bonus. I have e-mailed friends to share it and I'm sure they will love it just as much. I can't wait to try it with other fish and maybe other nuts! Thanks for sharing this -- I love you for it!

Sour Cream Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2005
We just finished eating this & it was fabulous!! My husband & kids loved it & so did I. So easy & delicious -- it seems almost unreal that it was that simple. I also browned the onions in the same pan as the pork chops. It gave them really great flavor. I also made the sauce in a pan on the stovetop instead of the slow cooker. It only took 5 minutes and I did it as the noodles were boiling. It was such a hit -- I will absolutely be making this again! Thanks for sharing!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: May 4, 2004
I have used the same alfredo recipe for years and decided to take a peek at the ones on this site. I am so glad I did! This recipe blows my old one out of the water!! It was creamy and delicious. I served it over chicken & veggies and the entire family went nuts for it. Wasn't sure about the cream cheese but it was the ingredient that tied it all together. I have already shared it and will continue to use this one.
