Chicken Fiesta Salad

Chicken Pot Pie IV

So good! Not like pot pie that I'm used to, but it's better! My husband even liked it and he doesn't like cheese or cream of whatever soups. I used "Mare's" modifications. Perfect!

Meatball Sandwich

I was in a hurry so I used frozen meatballs. Toasing the bread and then putting the garlic olive oil mixture is a must! It's what makes this recipe better than normal meatball sandwiches.

Sugar Cookie Icing

This is the best icing ever! The almond extract makes it taste so good! Yes, add milk a teaspoonfull at a time until it has an icing consistency. Any food coloring works. To make in large quantities we drizzled white, red, and green icing over the cookies for an artsy, beautiful look.

I crave this too! I can't wait to make it again. I followed most of "momma_s"s modifications, but I like the ritz cracker topping and mixed them into the mixture as well along with more cheese.

We've made this 3 times so far and always get compliments. We use "Satiny Chocolate Glaze" as suggested and garnish with fresh strawberries. Perfect!

Creamy Rice Pudding

Add cinnamon and this is perfect. I add milk slowly and use more as necessary to keep from drying out and for a good consistency. It's a helpful sleep aid as well!

Banana Crumb Muffins

This is great. I add more banana if I have it. Fill the muffin cups up all the way with a little bulge on top. I like really giant muffins, so I up the heat to 400 degrees and cook for 5 mintues to make them really puff up and then turn the heat back down to 350 for the rest of the time. Keep an eye on them so that they don't overcook.
