Fantastic recipe, I didn't change the base at all, however as suggested I added corn kernals, minced red and green peppers, minced red onion and very finely diced chipotles peppers in adobe sauce!! These were a hit, however if adding all of these extra fillers I would suggest using a greased tin as they come apart more easily and therefore stick to muffin wrappers. I will definately save this recipe!
