Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake
This cake was nice, I brought it to a fundraiser and everyone who tried it loved it...the only downside was that it looks like a bland chocolate bundt cake so it wasn't always the first on selected...if only people knew what they are missing...I drizzled it with white chocolate, but I think next time I would jazz up the appearance even more...

Louisiana Shrimp Creole II
My husband and I love this recipe. We like things a little spicier, so instead of stewed tomatos I used canned diced tomatos with spicey red pepper, add paprika, tobasco, and diced chipotles in adobo. We also like to add more veggies to make for a more well balanced meal and spicey chicken sausage as well as the shrimp...not exactly authentic shrimp creole with these additions but we just love it. We serve it with dirty rice and corn muffins. Yum

Basic Corn Muffins
Fantastic recipe, I didn't change the base at all, however as suggested I added corn kernals, minced red and green peppers, minced red onion and very finely diced chipotles peppers in adobe sauce!! These were a hit, however if adding all of these extra fillers I would suggest using a greased tin as they come apart more easily and therefore stick to muffin wrappers. I will definately save this recipe!
