Great taste, nice texture and really rich. BUT, don't do what I did - once crust was out of oven (5 minutes only per other reviews), I thought I'd "double-chocolate-death" it by putting a layer of chocolate chips on top of crust, letting them melt and then spreading it around. I was so proud of myself until after I put mousse on top and refrigerated for 24 hours. When I tried to cut it, it was almost impossible to get a knife through the soft mousse and hard chocolate (and then crust) without getting cut pieces really messy. Next time, I will go with recipe as written - I really didn't need that much more of a chocolate fix. I wonder if I had frozen the whole thing if it would have been so messy... Now that I've tried this recipe, I agree with those who put in cups or glasses (no crust). It would make a really nice presentation with just a slightly different "feel". I also used one tsp. dry coffee - can't do a comparison but did not seem to detract from recipe.
