I made these cookies the day I got my new oven to test it out they are one of my all time favroites. My daughter has been wanting to make cookies for weeks and i am glade we chose this recipe.

I had to try this highly rated recipe. It was as good as the reviews.I used cooked chicken ,red peppers, and artichoke hearts, excellent the next day as well.

Time consuming but worth the effort. I liked that you did not have to squeeze the juice out of the potatoes. We made this for an ethnic day at my childs school, every one enjoyed this dish.
