Parmesan Chicken

Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men

This is a great gingerbread. I love icing gingerbread men, so I make them and give them to friends and family at Christmastime. Everyone says they're delicous! It tasted good to me, even, and I don't like gingerbread.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

I made these for a party and ended up leaving them at home. The icing was delicious, but the cookie was just so floury that I couldn't justify taking them anywhere for people outside my family to eat.

Pumpkin Chip Cookies

This recipe makes an unreal amount of cookies, but they're sooo good. I made them to go in gift tins at Christmastime, and got so many compliments on them, as well as people asking for the recipe. I'd change the recipe next time to make far fewer cookies, however. It makes so many that you get sick of eating them after a while.

Eggnog Thumbprints

The cookie itself is good, but the filling doesn't taste like eggnog at all. If I ever make them again, I'll definitely try using a different type of rum.

Tiramisu Cheesecake

This cheesecake was always a hit at my job when I made it. Instead of sprinkling the chocolate on top, I made dark chocolate ganache using more Kahlua and poured it over the top. I also followed user suggestions and put a splash (literally!) more Kahlua into the batter (but not into the crust).

Royal Icing I

This is a great royal icing. It made excellent decorations for my gingerbread men. We used other types of extracts to give our icings different flavors (like vanilla and almond) and added more sugar to make the icing stiffer so it didn't run when we put it on the cookies. Definitely add more sugar if you're putting it on gingerbread houses!

Irish Cream Truffle Fudge

Good, but really too rich to eat more than a tiny bit. Also a huge pain to cut into pieces - sets hard as rocks. I omitted the nuts, however, and the mixing gets a little difficult the more sugar you add. A second person may be required to get the job done without pulling muscles in one's arm.
