These were surprisingly delicious! Following other reviews, I only used 2 eggs, increased vanilla, added a few drops almond extract, omitted coffee, and added 1/2 tsp each of baking powder and soda. I whirred everything together in my food processor, and stirred in about 3 tbsp mini cholocolate chips by hand. Baked for 30 mins in a glass pan and these were perfect! My husband had no idea what the "secret ingredient" was. If you are looking for a healthier brownie recipe def give this a try!
