Lower Fat Banana Bread II
my bread came out raw and i was very embarassed to serve it to my family. i would suggest adding at least 15 minutes to the baking time.

Lemon Pie II
I added about 1/4 c more of cream cheese, the juice of 3 lemons (approx. 1 c), and 9 drops of food coloring to brighten the color. Topped with whipped cream and it was so good!

Cream Cake
I made this recipe into 10 cupcakes. They came out so delicious and moist...5 stars, for sure!
