Pretzel Dessert

awesome variations: use raspberries, or mixed berries with pomegranats seed. Try zesting a lime into the cream cheese filling. So good! I make this every holiday

I use this all the time now. You can't tell by tasting it was a quick recipe. I used regular flour. Thanks!

Savory Party Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2008
So easy and impressive to present! I make this all the time and always receive rave reviews. Block cheese is easier than shredded, and now that I have mastered the idea, I switch bread and cheese varieties all the time. Perfect for people who want to serve something fancy but don't have the time or talent to get complicated.

Lemon Chicken II

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2008
Loved it! The batter for the chicken is perfect. I added a little extra lemon to the sauce because I like it tarter. Rave reviews from my family. We will make this one again for sure!

Pecan Chewies

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2012
I tried this because it was the only recipe I could find without corn syrup in it. So wonderful! Not too sicky sweet, but just enough. Great texture, easy to make. Thanks for sharing!!!

Pineapple Ham and Rice

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2011
Surprised how tasty this was! I actually cooked the rice in the juice I drained from the pineapple and that made the flavor so bright and sweet! I cut the sugar a bit and tossed some bell pepper into the mix. I also made it all on the stovetop with a little olive oil and it had a bit of a fried rice texture. The kids gobbled it up. Thanks so much!
