Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos

These were a huge hit. Nice and spicy! I used half parm and half sharp cheddar. Baked at 400 for about 20 minutes.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

This was my first time making fudge. I did the recommended modifications. 3 c cofectioners, 2 c brown, 1 c peanut butter. It was still super sweet - like fudge should be! Once the butter mixture began to bubble, timed it for 2 minutes exactly. Used a hand mixer to get out all lumps and sprayed pan with non stick spray. It set up beautifully and was not crumbly at all. Perfectly creamy.

Fluffy Pancakes

These are truly perfect pancakes. I didn't change any of the ingredients, but by mistake my daughter dumped the flour right into the milk/vinegar. So we ended up adding all the ingredients into the same bowl, and I don't see how they could've come out better.

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

These are so easy when made with the crock pot. I put in frozen chicken with all the spices and just added a couple tablespoons of water. Shredded it and added the chilies, lime, and soup mix. also added a couple tablespoons of salsa to the soup mixture. I've made this for several crowds and everyone has raved. If I just want to serve my family of four with one tray, I just half the recipe. And we still have leftovers.

Pear and Blue Cheese Salad

This salad is perfect just the way it is. The dressing is seriously restaurant quality. I agree it makes more than enough dressing, but I consider that a bonus.

Broccoli Cheese Soup V

SO easy and SO delicious! I used fresh broccoli, half Velveeta and half sharp cheddar, and cut down a little on the butter and flour. Definitely restaurant quality.
