Divine. On the suggestion of other reviewers, I doubled the oats, added some vanilla and cinnamon, added the almonds, cranberries and some dried apples for the last five minutes on the stove, and baked for about 10 minutes at the end. Next time I may cut the brown sugar a little bit, but it's really good. I also may use agave nectar instead of honey/sugar and add coconut and other fruits. I'm excited about all the possibilities and can't believe I never thought to make my own granola before. It's easy, delicious, inexpensive and free of chemicals/preservatives/etc.
