I love this! It is easy and yummy and I could have it once a week. My oldest son just ate 3 bowls. This time I didn't have the celery or carrot (just added some extra potato). I used skim milk. It was quite wonderful.

Cube Steak Parmesan

I wish there was a way to do half a star. I would have made it 2.5. I did not like the way it fried. I have had better as I have fried steak my whole life, but I decided to give this a try. No one finished it.

Sausage Balls

I would like to this 5 stars, but I have made improvements that made it better. I double the recipe so that I can use one mild sausage and one spicy sausage. That gives it the right kick. I only use the sharp cheddar too. I use my Kitchen Aid Mixer with the dough hook to mix them up. I bake them on a broiler pan so they are not greasy. This makes them perfect.

Peanut Butter Cake II

This was an okay cake. Not fabulous. The icing was quite sticky and hard to work with. The cake was dry. It did have a nice peanut butter taste.

Flourless Chocolate Cake I

This is incredible. It doesn't matter if you are on a gluten free/wheat free diet or not. This is a must try recipe. I used semi sweet chocolate and did not use the water bath. I ran a knife round the edge before I unlocked the pan and it was fine. I served it with whipped cream. This was an amazing dessert.

Chicken Paprikash II

Good, good stuff! I doubled the sauce as suggested and used chicken broth instead of water. I was so tender and wonderful. It is certainly worth trying.

German Spaetzle Dumplings

My grandmother would be so proud of my spaetzle, but I couldn't get it to shove through a colander or a grater. I will certainly buy a ricer and try this again because we loved this recipe.

Pizza Pinwheels

These were very good. I didn't have a problem with the dough at all. I made them on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray and they didn't stick at all. After making them according to the directions, my husband and I got brave and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on the dough, added a little oregano, really piled on the pepperoni, and then added the cheese. They were more difficult to cut, but the best batch yet.

This was so good and easy! I used lime instead of lemon and added a couple of shakes of red pepper. My kids loved it and my oldest son (13) said it was much better a few days later.

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Loved this! I cheated a bit though. I wanted to cook on the grill so I mixed it all up and poured it over the chicken in a bag. I put extra lime on it before I served it. My 3 yr old twins even asked for seconds and they always pick at their dinner.

Sock It to Me Cake IV

I made this cake for my son who had been in the hospital. They stick you with needles and Mommy makes you cake! My family loved it. I remember Sock It To Me Cake being lemon and I may try it with a lemon cake mix next time. I will try it again.

Baked French Toast

This was the second time I have made this recipe. The first time I made it, I followed the recipe and didn't like the souffle texture at all. It was soggy, but the parts that weren't soggy were wonderful. I made it for Christmas breakfast using only half of the liquid and eggs. It was a hit this time. I will make it again and again, but alter the recipe the same.

Sugar Cookie Icing

This is the best stuff. It is easy to make and easy to use. We don't like almond extract so we use real vanilla. Dipping the cookies is easy enough that my three-year-old helped. Just let drip/swirl some of the extra off and let them dry on a rack. Wax paper underneath really helps with the clean up, especially if you put spirinkles on too.

Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole

Good stuff. Too salty if you add the salt in the start. The wild rice mix has enough salt in it already. It makes enough a bunch and it was nice to have some to share.

Cheeseburger Soup I

I have made this soup several times and although I don't like it when people don't follow the recipe, I did make a few changes to suit my family. Add the velveeta! Half of a big block of it is about right. Celery is not right in it and I love celery. Use a little corn starch/flour to thicken it if it is too thin. We weren't sure about this recipe at first, but now we love it.

Chris' Bay Area Burger

This is now our stand burger recipe. Friends want to know why our burgers are so good. We use season salt in place of regular salt. We even made them up and frozen them for later. What a wonderful burger recipe.
