Bat Wing Soup

Very easy recipe. I did add spices to give it some flavor though- parsley, basil, oregano,bay leave, salt, & pepper. I'm not usually a fan of tomato soup, but this came out fantastic!

Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce III

DELICIOUS!! This recipe is amazing! Turns non-bread pudding eaters into huge fans! Did cut the sauce recipe back to half, it's more than enough!

Worth the wait! I forgot to make this the night before and started early in the morning, but this recipe definitely gets better with time! It's a lot of ingredients and could break the bank if you don't have alot of things on hand, but it well worth it!

Ants on a Log

I was looking for ideas for a bug birthday party and came accross these...we all remember these from grade school, well they were a huge success! I used reduced fat peanut butter and the raisins gave it the extra little sweetness needed! yummy!

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Delicious! and easy, always an extra bonus! I did substitute the 1/2 & 1/2 for lowfat milk and accidently put 3 tbsp garlic, but we are garlic lovers and it was delicious!

Monterey Chicken with Potatoes

Very good and very simple! Easy recipe for a working mom! I did call home ahead of time and have the kids marinate the chicken in 1 tbsp. lime and 1/4 cup salsa ahead of time. Will enjoy this again!

The Perfect Mai Tai

Slow Cooker Carnitas

Yummy! This was the easiest and tastiest carnitas recipe we have found. Followed recipe exactly and came home to a great dinner. We were able to use the leftovers to make more delicious dinners for a couple days.
