Lentil Stuffed Tomatoes

Made this with bell peppers and my 3 year old and I really enjoyed it, while my husband thought it was just ok, not a big fan of stuffed bell peppers. Will try next time with the tomatoes.

Very yummy! Do not double pie crust! Seems like it won't be enough, but ends up being the perfect amount of crust. Took a great deal longer to cook that originally suggested, maybe due to all the excess pumpkin I used. =)

Tomato Gorgonzola Soup

The only change I made was to puree the soup at the end for a creamy vs a chunky texture! Very good taste!

I only give this recipe 4 stars because I made some changes to cut the saltiness of the soy sauce. Hubby and 2 year old really like it, so I will definately make it again.

Greek Chicken Pasta

I made this recipe as is and it was so bland I had to try and doctor it up. Even after all the doctoring it still was not my favorite. Edible, but really not worth it. I was very dissappointed.

Tucson Guacamole

I can't tell you how disapointed I was with this recipe. Other than doubling the recipe, I followed it to a T and yuck! I didn't want to throw it out, so I doctored it up with cilantro, tomatoes, onion, lime juice, etc, so it would at least be edible. Even after all the doctoring it was just ok. I do not recommend this recipe.

Spaghetti Torte

I only give this recipe 2 stars because my 2 year old daughter loved it, as I expected she would. For adults, it was ok, so so, very bland (and I made lots of adjustments). I would only make this again for my daughter.
