Very good cookies. I didn't have crunchy PB, so I used creamy. I also didn't have unsalted butter so I used salted and just left out the salt called for in the recipe. I've made PB cookies before and I know what happens when you flatten the cookie for the imprint so I didn't flatten the cookie, just pressed the fork lightly into the dough. Mine came out looking just like the picture. Will absolutely keep the recipe as a starter and add my own twists on it. Thanks Shirley.
