Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2009
The only changes I made, is instead of topping off with water I used a can of chicken broth, and I added a bag of frozen veggies. This recipe was very easy, and turned out great!

Greek Veggie Salad II

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2008
I agree with everyone else's 1/2 cup red wine vinegar alteration, surely a typo on the authors part. Awesome recipe....tastes just like a greek salad I order from a local restaurant, love it.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2008
It won out of 12 pots at a chili cookoff. I still even after winning, am wondering if it was worth all of the ingredients for the results I got.

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2008
I actually made this recipe because I was making peanut butter cookies for someone else as I normally don't care for them. This recipe changed my mind, its just the right amount of peanut butter flavor.

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2008
The recipe always turns out great for me (and I cook uncovered unlike all of the people with negative responses on here). Maybe mine is soupier, or the way I layer the top makes a difference on dryness?? I don't know, all I do know is it has never turned out bad and I always get positive comments when I make it from others! Note: Instead of adding two jars of spaghetti sauce, I don't even pay attention to how big of cans I use, I just make my normal spaghetti recipe with either turkey meat or sausage depending on what I have in the freezer at the time and add it when I'm layering.
