I'm 55 year old grand parent of two wonderful grandkids, love to fish and hunt and of coarse ,,cooking I love Mexican food , Bar-B-Q , Grilled anything, unusual vegetables, soup gourmet ,and of coarse steak,, giant Thanksgiving with all the trimmings cooke dfor entire family , about 50 people always, and a wonderful Christmas Dinner when everyone brings something different and no one knows what each other is bringing,, I try very hard to triumph over every dish I make , loving jalapenos have made a few special dishes well the one that comes to mind the most is,,,,I do a lot of cooking aty the lakeside ,, living so close by,, a stones throw only,,,,and a time when I had around 30 guest's and was serving fried catfish hushpuppies and fried potatoes ,,,lol,, a Texas tradition,,some one switched my flour additive that was always mixed with cornmeal to bread the fish,, with a large decanter of coffee mate,, well it wasn't such a bad taste but made a lot of people a little nausiated at their stomach,,lolol,, felt very bad until I found out what happened,,,
