Creamy Pesto Pasta Salad with Chicken, Asparagus and Cherry Tomatoes

This was awesome! We also had it without chicken since there was a vegetarian in the crowd. While the pine nuts were good, I don't personally think they were worth the $10 they cost. This is a great, refreshing, different pasta salad!

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage

This was really good! I added mushrooms, some balsamic vinaigrette and substituted eggplant for the yellow squash since the grocery store was out. We really enjoyed it and will make again... light and tasty!

Warm Mushroom Spread

This is one of my new favorites, I have made it 3 or 4 times in the last month. Everyone has raved about it every time. It is excellent, almost tastes like a stroganoff but without the beef... great on wheat thins.

Hot Mexican Spinach Dip

This is excellent, you just have to be SURE to drain the spinach or it will be too runny. Tastes great, especially with the red wine vinegar on top!

Pecan Cheddar Snacks

These were a big hit! We added a little garlic salt to add some flavor. Everyone loved them! Similar to sausage balls, but without the sausage.

Golden Veggie Dip

This was very good, it was a little strong on the steak sauce, so we added about a 1/2 cup of sour cream... overall pretty good.
