I followed the directions. It all seemed bland except for the Tequila. It needed a little something else when you serve it with pasta. If you love the flavor of Tequila you might just like this one though.

Asian Salad

My favorite salad ever. I didn't even know I liked cabbage. I followed the directions this time and loved it. Next time I will use half of the butter (you can ommit it, but I just love the butter flavor). I will also use a little less oil in the dressing. If your nappa cabbage isn't very large this recipe will make too much dressing. I will also seperate the 3 sections for left overs. It was seriously so good and so easy. ALSO- if you have a food processor use that because I really like the small shreads of the cabbage. If you are just using a knife- chop cabbage into small shreads. This is a must try!

Feta Cheese Foldovers

LOVED IT! I made a small batch of it and used crescent roll dough from the fridge (I don't even know what phyllo dough is). It seriously only took like 5 mins to prepare! If you like feta you will love this. I am going to use this one all of the time. Thanks!

Curry Pumpkin Soup

Sorry. I love pumpkin soup and love curry, but for some reason I found this soup very bland. It sounds weird because it had the nice heat from the curry but that was about it. It was super easy. I made it with the chopped onions as suggested and everything (I read all of the reviews). I had such high hopes, but I was just not impressed and wont make this again.

Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes

This was my first Thanksgiving to contribute to since I am a newly wed. I should have listened to the people who cooked their potatoes in the microwave because it took my potatoes seriously 2 hours to bake. I was running so late at this point that I ended throwing out two because they still weren't soft enough to use. Everyone had to wait on me. I was so sick of them by the time to eat that I could only eat two bites. But everyone else seemed to really like them. They are also to nice to say that they didn't. Anyways too much work.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

I am a newlywed and this is my first Thanksgiving to contribute to the meal. I made this for dessert and it was a big hit. So easy that even I didn't mess it up. It was maybe a little mild and I might use a little more spice next time, but like I said everyone loved it.
