White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies III

I was disappointed by these cookies! They turned out the right texture but they were tasteless. I was irritated that I wasted 7$ on the nuts for this not to go as planned. I like the recipe on the white chocolate chip bag much better. Maybe if you were to double the chocolate chips...

Cajun Deviled Eggs

This tasted great and was very easy to make. I added a lot less salt and I could have added more mayo to make it more creamy. But oh well. All loved the spice!

Garlic Cheese Grits with Shrimp

If you don't make this, your crazy!! I have to say that as many times as we've made it and for as many different pallets who've tried it, it has ALWAYS been a hit! I never found the garlic cheese, so I just added extra cloves to the sautéed tomatoes. Also, I always add extra tomatoes, cayenne pepper and cheese because it is sooo good!

Hashbrown Casserole

This was awesome! I had last minute added guests and had a lot of other things to do. This was easy and was eaten the fastest! I added almost 3 1/2 lbs to the original recipe and still was the fastest to go. This will be added to my annual pre-Thanksgiving evening brunch!
