I am a mother of 2 little boys, I work full time as a physical therapy assistant and I love to cook and try new things. I tend to go in phases with what my favorite is..I'll have a period time where I'm trying new pasta, then slow cooker ideas, then desserts, etc. So I guess I don't really have a favorite!

Fluffy White Filling
I didn't care for this recipe at all. It was pretty bland and too "shortening'y" tasting. I had to add a little bit of salt and a lot more sugar to make it worthwhile. I won't be making this one again...it did nothing to add to the cakes I made. I tried it with a chocolate cake and a strawberry cake.

Clone of a Cinnabon
These were really good, but almost a little too sweet. I doubled the frosting like a lot of people suggested, but I think next time I make them I'll just make the 1 batch of frosting. I also don't have a breadmaker so I don't know if that was the reason, but my rolls didn't raise a whole lot. They tasted really good, but were pretty dense, not "fluffy" like I was expecting. I followed the suggestions on making it without the bread maker, but it just didn't work out as well for me. I'll definately try them again though, and maybe next time they'll be a 5/5 star recipe!
