Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Yummy! and very simple! I used cream of mushroom soup and added sliced mushrooms (sliced water chestnuts might be a good addition, too - crunchy!) Served over wide, wheat noodles and a side of fresh green beans.

Thin Mint Crackers

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2009
These are just like the Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookies! My 3 y.o. daughter helped me make these. We used Ande's Chocolate Mint Candies - which she unwrapped and placed into the bowl. I melted the candy in the microwave - she dropped the crackers into the melted chocolate - I coated them and placed them on wax paper - she sprinkled the decorations on the cookies. Daddy helped eat them all up! Great project for little ones to help with!

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2005
Awesome! As others have suggested, we used cooked shrimp and decreased the amount of mustard to 1 tablespoon. (We used a Sweet-n-Sassy mustard.) Served over pasta with creamed spinach for a side. Super and quick dinner!

Burrito Pie

Awesome Dinner! It make's a lot and I made this with only 1 lb. of beef and 1 can of refried black beans. I substituted corn for the black olives, used salsa instead of taco sauce and added a layer of sour cream, too!

Best Spinach Dip Ever

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2003
Best and easiest Spinach Dip! I used the whole box of spinach, (the spinach has to be squeezed dry.) The leek soup mix is a nice change from onion soup mix - milder flavor and not as salty. Great recipe Shawna!

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2003
Made these for New Year's Eve... They were GREAT! Best (and easiest) stuffed mushrooms I've made. I didn't have savory, so I substituted garlic (garlic goes with everything!) and I added a 1/2 c. shredded cheddar as another reviewer said. I'm excited to make these again, for the Super Bowl!

Awesome Sloppy Joe's! I gave this recipe to my mom, grandma and friends! I doubled the recipe and used ground beef and pork and used half ketchup and tomato paste.

Loved them! Made a double recipe and planned to freezw half, but I shared them with everyone because they were so good! I may add garlic to the next batch.
