Mall Pretzels

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2008
These taste great. May not be the same taste as the ones from like aunt Annie, but I think these taste better, less greasy or drench in Cinnamon sugar. Very easily to customize to your own taste.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2008
I just tried this recipe today and it is great. The way the flavors blended was great, the only thing I did do was I added some chicken stock to my sauce because it was a little thick for my taste.

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2008
It's a good recipe that you can change to your own taste. I marinated the chicken in buttermilk ranch dressing which turned out really good, the only thing I notices is that when I washed the dressing off the chicken and then put it in the egg mixture and then bread crumb mixture the coating stays on better. But the taste was great.

Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2008
This is a pretty good recipe. I have already made about 3 times and each time my husband raves about it. The only thing I do different from the recipe is that I add about 1 tsp coriander powder with all the other spices and at the end I just let the chicken cook in the sauce and the sauce thickens while the chicken pieces cook, so I don't add any cornstarch. Taste really good with naan bread, which I buy. This is one that is a keeper.

Baklava

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2008
This was so good and easy to make, the hardest part was actually cutting the unbaked Baklava. I will be making this again and I used pistachios which I think made this taste so good.

Hummus III

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2008
It was great. I did as one reviewer suggested and actually peeled all the garbanzo beans, I also let it sit in the fridge for about 8 hours so that the flavors would meld. I used fresh ingredients except for the canned garbanzo beans. I will make this again, most probably with in the week :)

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2007
I tried this recipe, with making one change. I sauted the garlic in the butter. Then drizzled it on the fish. I baked it for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. And it was fabulous. The taste was so good. I will definely make this again. It is so good and so quick.

Spinach Alfredo Pizza

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2007
This recipe was great the only thing I would change is lessen the amount of spinach. The spinach kinda over powered the whole pizza couldn't really taste the alfredo sauce. On my second try I used 4oz spinach and I thought it tasted great.

Pizza Dough I

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2007
I have tried this recipe twice. I did let it rise for about 1 hr both times. In the mean time I got all the toppings ready to add to the pizza. The first time I used the whole dough to make one pizza. The second time I actually divided the dough into 2 parts and made to two pizza's. This gave me a crisper shell, which I liked better. I will definably make this again.
