Lemon Streusel Muffins

This did not have enough lemon flavor for my taste. However, some of my co-workers loved it. Next time, I would omit the nuts from the streusel toping- the flavors didn't seem to go together.

Hint: I cooked the bread for 40 minutes, then put on the glaze and cooked it until done. It took a lot longer than the 45 minutes recommended, so make sure you test it with a cake tester or toothpick before pulling it out of the oven.

Chickpea Curry

Too Spicy! I think next time I will add shredded turkey or chicken, and add curry powder instead of all the variation of spices.

Turkey Pot Pie

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

This was a good standard recipe. The consistency after baked was amazingly chewey. Even the ones I overcooked stayed soft! I substituted golden rasins for the chocolate chips, but I found that the flavor of the cookie itself seemed to overpower the flavor of the rasins.
