Lobster Rolls

Delicious! Used lemon instead of lime, because that's what I had, and green Tabasco because it's a little milder. Just yummy!

Fabulous. I substituted salmon filets for the shrimp, baked them right on top and it was wonderful. Left out the salt for health reasons, didn't miss it at all. Added frozen peas when making the sauce. Might try it with broccoli next time. It's a keeper!

Roasted Italian Herb Chicken

Thanks so much for this recipe! It's easy and delicious and the whole family enjoys it. The first time I made it by the book, but read other reviews and reduced the dressing to one cup. It was superb. Now I get creative. I've made it the "lazy" way - frozen chicken and just added the dressing and crumbs over it in the dish and bake, adjusting the cooking time. Lazy, easy and yummy! I've tried different dressings too, it's always good.

Peach Pork Picante

Easy Alfredo Sauce I

OMG! This was so good - my kids gobbled it up which is a feat! I added bacon, peas and fresh sliced mushrooms to make a carbonara over spinach fettucine. Might try adding garlic next time - I'm up for experimenting with this recipe, it's so easy.

Curry Lamb Chops

I loved this recipe. I didn't have any orange zest so I left that out. I found the texture nice - the meat practically fell off the bones. I served it with some homemade veggie curry and store-bought naan bread. Delish.

Cajun Seafood Pasta

I made the casserole version of this and loved it. I used dried herbs instead of fresh simply due to availability. My two (picky eater) kids loved it, too, so that says it all!
