Almond-Topped Fish

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2008
What a great way to eat white fish! I used frozen pollock that's thawed just because that's all I had in my hand. It tastes as delicious as using any other white fish. Do not skip to add toasted almond on top. The fish were so tender and soft, crunch almond balanced it out. Overall, I'll make this dish over and over for my family.

Banana Muffins II

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2008
I didn't want mine to be too sweet. So I put only 1/2 cup of white sugar and 2 Tbsp of milk and it turned out perfect for my taste. Oh! and like some other reviewrs I added 3/4 tsp of cinnamon, vanilla extract and 1/2 cup of chopped walnut. Thank you for sharing the great recipe! :)

Gingerbread Men

The cookie dough was fairly easy to handle and cookies turned out just fine. I baked them for 5~6mins and it turned out nice and soft and chewy in the middle.(I almost burnt my first batch by baking them for 8minuates.ioi)

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

SO GOOD!! I followed the original recipe and didn't have any problem at all. But next time I am going to increase the cream cheese to 8oz instead of 3 oz to just see the difference of the taste and then I will repost my review.

MMMMM... Brownies

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2008
I was a brownies virgin until I decided to try this recipe. The recipe itself was SUPER easy to follow and taste was good and very fudge-like. Also I added walnut and peacan to give something to bite. Repost(12/29/08)-I pour half of the original batter in the pan and spreaded peanut butter and sugar mixture on top of it and pour the leftover batter to cover the peanut butter. It was heavenly good!!!

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2008
Do not press the dough ball down before baking unless you prefer the FLAT peanut butter cookie. The recipe has enough fat to make it spread by itself. Simple ingridients and taste was good.

I have never used tartar before and I could taste chemical in the cookies little too much. But I like the general taste of this cookie so, next time I will subsitute tartar with vinegar as a leavener. Thank you for the recipe.
