Buffalo Chicken Wing Sauce

yes, it is delicious but, I think it would still be good with only 1/4 cup of butter. I agree it needs to be in there though

Black Bean Soup I

This is an excellent recipe that is really a no fail one. I like soup to be hearty therefore added a can of diced tomatoes, chopped fresh peppers and chopped celery. I suggest a few dashes of hot sauce to give it a kick or even a bit of cumin for more flavor.

Guacamole

Slow Cooker Stuffing

Since I can't edit my first review, I will review it again. Okay, I loved the recipe the first few times, I didn't have a problem with it being soggy as I used stale white bakery buns. I also pre made some cooked white rice and as the day went on I added this to the stuffing. In the end the consistence of the stuffing was perfect as I was able to control how many ingredients I added. At one point, I decided to fry up some bacon bits and added that. The end result was delicious! I do not believe this is a recipe that you throw in the crock pot and ignor, I think it needs tweeking along the way.

Flatlander Chili

Excellent chili!! I serve this Chili in a carved out fresh bakery bun. I don't do the pasta part. I also use strained tomato puree instead of a can of tomato juice.

Guluptsie (Cabbage Rolls)

keep in mind that this recipe yields 60 rolls!! When I'm making them for a small group, I usually half the recipe. The only thing I ever change in this recipe is the meat mix - I use ground pork and ground beef. I also serve mine with sour cream on the side. The kids love it!

These are so delicious. I didn't have raisons so I decided to use Apricot jam in the nut mixture. They turned out great. I'm not sure if this was a major faux pas but it worked for me and I am making more tomorrow for our BIG family party.

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

outstanding!! I have disliked yams my entire life but I decided to try this recipe to try to get into the spirit of thanksgiving and to expose my children to a new side dish with our traditional turkey and since I love brown sugar and pecans I decided to try it. Sweet and delicious!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Delicious!! I pre bake the Meatballs at 350 on a cookie sheet while preparing the sauce on the stove. Once the meatballs are starting to brown I add them to the sauce

Awesome Pasta Salad

This recipe relies heavily on the type of Italian dressing you select. I make my own oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. I make my dressing ahead of time and add until the salad is coated to my desired consistency.

Mexican Bean Salad

I love this recipe for adults but, my kids are picky about seasoning as they are still young. This time I added chick peas but omited the cumin, hot pepper sauce and chili powder. The kids loved it!!

Diced FRESH carrots, instead of going to the trouble of cooking them on their own and mashing. I also make a dark gravy on the side to add on top of the individual servings. This recipe and flavor are delicious
