Sweet Tamarind Chutney
Omg this is so good, there really is no sub for tamarind paste. No need for the cornstarch like some ppl said. Made ths with samosas and will definitely make it again

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II
Great taste but 350 degrees cooked the outside of the bread too fast and after 50 minutes the inside was still raw. Next time I will cook at 300 degrees for a longer period to prevent the outside from burning.

Zucchini Coconut Loaf
I just made this recipe and its really good. I added chocolate chips instead of raisins though and I added a 1/2 cup of sourcream since people had said it was on the dry side. I would definitely make this again.
