Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken
This was a great and easy recipe! I added a little mayo since I didn't have as much soy sauce...it came out great. I have also added ginger and gave it some zip along with the mayo. I am going to use the leftover chicken for a salad..

Black Bean Soup I
I used this as a guide and it was great. I pureed all the beans and used two ham hocks, and all chicken stock. Added garlic garlic from Tastefully Simple, some Bacon Bacon as well. Cooked another cup of beans and transferred all to crock pot and let cook all day. No tomatoes, did three caps of white vinegar. Oh, I added a little Port..(splash)..Served all over a bed of leftover Spanish Rice and drizzled sour cream over the top. Great basic recipe! Will use this again!

Beef Stroganoff III
This is a great base recipe. I cooked mushrooms (fresh) in one stick of butter (3 packaged sliced mushrooms with one onion) I soaked the meat in white wine with Tastefully Simple Garlic, Tastefully Simple Onion, pepper, garlic salt...The base of my recipe was listed, I just added some things. Loved cream cheese with sour cream! Also used cornstarch instead of flour. I cooked the mushrooms and onions together and drained the juice to cook the meat and added mushrooms and onions last. Doubled the mustard and W sauce to taste. No brainer here....use the base recipe and add your touch! My visiting relatives were impressed!!
