Tomatillo Salsa Verde

Very good flavor. I only used 1 cup of water and it was still a little runny. Next time I will use just enough water to keep everything from burning in the pan.

Awesome! At first I cut back on the old bay.. tried 1 tbsp.. needed more.. tried 2, still needed more. Put in all 3.. tiny bit too much. Next time I will do 2.5 tbsp. Very rich and creamy! Will make again!

Butterscotch Bread Pudding

This is very good and very easy to make. We were craving bread pudding and just bought a loaf of sliced butter bread. It was just fine.. I am going to make it again but instead try it with french bread .. I think it won't be as mushy that way.

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

Excellent! We made this twice last Thanksgiving and Christmas.. it was a big hit. I followed the recipe and didn't change anything. I did not find it too sweet... it's supposed to be sweet!

Classic Spanish Sangria

This is the best Sangria I have EVER had! I used Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, fresh orange juice (not from concentrate), and instead of the citrus I used blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and raspberries. Oh my God! Awesome. It was even better two days later when it had a chance to blend.. got a little thicker. This drink is not for a lightweight. Can't wait to make it again!
