I'm 60, used to cook a lot when I was married, and collected dozens of recipes. I got away from cooking when I divorced. What's the sense of cooking for one? Gave away most of my old recipes, as I prefer lighter foods now. Who needs all that cheese? Now I'm saving all my hand written recipes to my private file, and printing them. I never have to worry about losing a recipe, they're right here!
