Pumpkin Cheese Pie
was not nearly cheesy enough...I wanted something closer to pumpkin cheesecake. Needed to double the spices to make it taste right.

Fresh Peach Cobbler I
I doubled the recipe and used 1c whole wheat flour and 1c all purpose flour and butter instead of shortening. I can't keep it around once it cools enough to eat!

Caroline's Chocolate Fudge Frosting
I cut the recipe in half for brownies and only used 1/4 c. milk and LOVED it! very easy to make and soooo good! I'll never buy frosting again.
