This was really good and simple. It made 3 good sized burritos for us. I added more jalapeno and I think next time I will add chicken.

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

Reviewed: May 22, 2011
This was really good and easy. I put the onion and garlic in the Ninja and when they were chopped I added the chickpeas and just chopped them a couple of times. I also baked them at 425 for 12 minutes on each side. They were great and so was the sauce.

Boneless Buffalo Wings

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2011
I used this recipe for whole breasts to make sandwiches. It was so easy and tasted better than the sandwich you get at a restaurant. I think the double dip before frying made it extra crispy too! I used 1/3 cup franks red hot and 1/3 cup butter for the sauce.

Slow Cooker Lentil and Ham Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2011
We loved this soup. It was really easy to make and tasted wonderful on a cold winter day. I used 1.5 cups lentils, left out the bay leaf and replaced the tomato sauce with a can of diced tomatoes. I cooked it on low for 3 hours and then turned it to high for 3 hours and it was perfect.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2009
These are wonderful! The time is way too long for us though. So the night before, we fully made them all the way through letting them rise as if they were about to go in the oven. Then we put a lid on the 9x13 and put them in the fridge. Next morning when we got up all we had to do was make the icing and bake them for the 20 minutes (on 375). This way made breakfast a lot quicker.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2009
This is by far the best (most moist) chocolate cake you will ever make. I started making this cake when it was 5/5 stars and only 53 people had rated it. It is so easy and the taste is wonderful. I do however use a cream cheese frosting and usually mix in some coconut or chocolate chips (in the frosting).

Apple Strudel Muffins

These were really good. We picked apples at the orchard yesterday and needed some new ways to use them. I did use 1/2 white & 1/2 cup brown sugar. I also added 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to the batter. I put them in the oven for 5 minutes, took them back out and then added the crumble. They were perfect.

This is so much easier than frying on the stove and way less mess too! I left out the sage and salt and used chili powder and curry instead. It was really good.
