I don't know why I had problems with these, however, the dough was waaay too dry, so I had to add extra milk. Everything else seemed to go well, however, they definitely need to bake a bit longer than 15 minutes. I like my cinnamon rolls gooey but these were eating RAW dough, even though the outside was golden brown. I might decrease the oven temperature next time and see if that works. Aside from these flaws, the rolls were delicious (I ended up sticking them back in the oven) and definitely turn them upside down after taking them out of the oven, it makes the filling so ooey gooey delicious!
