Sophie's Zucchini Bread

Okay, I admit: I hate when people give a recipe 5 stars, then write about all the modifications they made. And that is what I'm going to do right now. First of all, I used 2 C zucchini and 1 C carrots because I didn't have enough zucchini. I followed the suggestions of draining the zucchini, but I didn't drain it all. I also used 1 C white sugar and 1 C brown sugar. I may have added too much vanilla (I tend to get heavy-handed!). I rounded down my cup of oil. I rounded up my cup of walnuts. I baked it in a Bundt pan for 45 minutes because I don't have two loaf pans. And my bread came out delicious! I, personally, would do it the same way if I were to make this again.

Peanut Buttercup Hot Chocolate

It was delicious, but it's a good idea to keep stirring it periodically while you drink; otherwise you'll end up at the bottom with weird-textured peanut butter remnants.

Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

Delicious! I used 3/4 cup of mashed banana and peanut butter (I used Skippy's Reduced Fat) and added a little more flour. They were so good! Oh, and I think my addition of chocolate chips (instead of the sweet topping) helped.

Cheesy Turkey with Pasta

I added broccoli to this, which was good...however, I did think the recipe was bland and needs more spices - perhaps more pepper or garlic. Serving with parmesan cheese did help.
