Honey-Garlic Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs

This should be called "soy sauce chicken." The honey and garlic were completely overpowered by the soy sauce. It was all I could taste. The chicken did turn out tender. Would not make this again.

Chicken With Mushrooms

I loved this recipe. It was fast and easy and had my hubby licking his fingers. I did make a few changes. I sauteed the mushrooms first with garlic and basil, (over butter). I also tenderized the chicken. And instead of chicken broth I used cream of mushroom soup and white wine. I also used Parmesan cheese and put it on about 5 minutes before I took the chicken out of the oven. Served over orzo. Can't wait to make this again.

Portobello Mushroom Burgers

This recipe is so simple and so delicious. The only thing we changed was we used havarti cheese instead of provolone because it gives more a kick to the flavor. We also added fresh avocado slices. Cooking it on the george foreman grill was fast and easy. Will definitely make this again. Also the marinade would be great for chicken.

Key Lime Pie VII

This was my first stab at key lime pie but my boyfriend is a connoisseur so I was nervous to make this recipe, (especially because this was the only one that didn't call for eggs). I used regular limes instead of key limes and it worked just fine. My bf said it's the best key lime he has ever tasted (and he should know, he used to live in Florida). I will definitely make this recipe again. One more thing; there was way more filling than could fit into one, 9 inch pic crust. I got mini pie crusts and made mini pies with the rest.

Allie's Delicious Macaroni and Cheese

I followed the recipe but went along with previous users' suggestions and added worscenstershire sauce and mustard powder. I used the cheeses I had on hand. I added more cheese than the recipe called for and still it wasn't cheesy enough. This came out more like a macaroni casserol than a mac and cheese. I won't be making this recipe again.
