Apple Crisp III
LOVE this recipe! I tried it because I don't really like the apple crisp recipes that use oats. This one is absolutely delicious and very simple. I use more than 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, but not sure how much - i just sprinkle a lot on top of the apples. The crust is delicious. It really makes a creamy, sweet apple crisp. I definitely recommend trying this recipe - you won't regret it!

Foolproof Rib Roast
I have used this recipe twice - each time the prime rib came out perfectly!! If I didn't live right next door to my mom, we might have a problem with the side dishes, but for now I will never use another method.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
This bread is delicious. I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out moist and tasty. I don't usually add nuts to recipes, but I did to this bread. I will definitely make this recipe again. The sliced bananas added wonderful banana flavor and made the recipe less work (than having to mash the bananas). Thank you for a great recipe!
