Strawberry Pie IV

I used a homemade piecrust instead and it was really good, but I am sure the graham cracker crust is equally as good. My berries were too tart to eat alone, but in the pie they are perfect.

Baked Ziti I

Fantastic and fairly simple! I didn't have enough sour cream, so I used 1/2 c of cream cheese and 1 C of sour cream- delicious! Also, I added minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the sauce. I let the sauce simmer about 35 minutes too. My son (the picky eater) ate a ton!

this is the best alfredo recipe that I have tried. I did buy blocks of parmesan and romano and grated them myself. I think it makes it much more rich.

Pasta Shells Florentine

This was really good. I did add 1/2 lb of sausage that I needed to use up and I used ricotta instead of cottage cheese. My husband, son and I loved them!

World's Best Lasagna

This was way too salty and it had too much meat sauce. It was a pain to make and such a dissappointment, my son would not eat it at all!

I used ricotta instead of cottage cheese like suggested. This was very good, but I will use more of the provolone and more spaghetti sauce next time. Very good!

Classic Pumpkin Pie

This was amazing! Everyone that tried it said that it is the best pumpkin pie they have ever had! I did alter the whip cream by adding a tablesoon more sugar than what it calls for- everyone especially loved the whip cream, so I guess that was a good decision. This is a new tradition for our family.
