Chicken Chipulos

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2010
Delicious! Use 2 cans of chicken for a fast meal! Also used corn tortillas. Served with salsa! Husband LOVED it! I also spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture on the bottom to keep the tortillas from getting crispy. Will use this recipe again and again!

Stuffed Green Peppers I

LOVED this recipe! I would like to use more tomato sauce next time though. I also used all ground turkey instead of beef. So good!! And great warmed up later.

Spiced Chicken Loaf

Reviewed: May 21, 2008
I followed the recipe, but added garlic powder with parsley. I ended up adding some water and covering it in a casserole dish because it was drying out pretty fast during cooking. The end result was interesting...my husband gave a thumbs down...I liked it and thought it very flavorful. The only thing I would change is to add some additional "moisture", because it was a bit dry. The leftovers warmed up well!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2008
Wonderful!!! I started by rubbing the pork with salt, pepper, and garlic salt and poked with a fork so it could absorb the juices. I cooked the pork in the rootbeer for 5 1/2 hours, then drained and pulled apart, then I added Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ sauce and cooked for another 30 minutes. This was deliciously tender. My husband ate three sandwiches and I had 2!!! We still have enough to warm up later! I will definitely use this recipe often! Thank you!!!

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2008
Wow! This is a delicious recipe! Big hit with the husband! We ended up having it 3 weeks in a row! The only modifications I made; 3 chicken breasts instead of 4 (that's how many I had), extra noodles 7-8 oz. to make up for the chicken, some garlic powder, and I soaked some minced onion and added them along with some chopped carrots, and extra crackers. The extra noodles and onions are great! You could add almost any veggies to this...can't mess it up! Yum!

Simple Chicken Slop

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2008
This was a great, quick recipe! My husband had seconds! I changed a few things....1 can of cream chix and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, a can of mixed veggies, a little garlic powder, crumbled a few butter crackers on top, and 1/2 the salt! It was great with the added goodies! I served it over rice. Very yummy!!!
