I LOVE this recipe!! I have used it a ton and everyone is impressed with the healthy snack. I skip the butter, they are fine without it, and use low fat condensed milk. I follow another reviewers suggestion of 3 cups of oats and 3 cups of whatever else you like, then I just chop or food process my nuts, add in coconut and craisins. I use a 15 x 10" pan and I line it with parchment paper and the bars never stick. No need for cooking spray. The tip to press with wax paper was inspired. Works like a charm. I have also crumbled the mixture onto a baking sheet and baked for 15 min. stirring every 5 to get a great granola to add to yogurt.
