Creole Crab and Corn Chowder

I really like this soup. I used fresh dungeness crab and did not feel the peppers masked the flavor. Although, it was a bit to spicy for me, it wasn't for my husband. I will probably use half the amount of jalapeno next time and use some of the other suggestions posted.

Salmon Fillets with Mustard Glaze

Lemon Blueberry Bread

My friends and I really liked this bread. I poked holes on the top of the loaf before drizzling on the glaze to get more into the bread instead of it running down the sides. Next time I will also put the glaze on before removing the bread from the pan.

Sweet Potato Bread I

This is a keeper, I took the previous suggestions and reduced the sugar to one cup using a combination of white and brown, substituted the oil with applesauce and added some raisins for the nuts. The second time I made it I added some ground ginger to perk it up a bit.

Cornbread Pudding

I made it with 2 eggs and it was pretty good. I liked the texture. The next time I will make it with the butter also to add a bit more flavor. BTW it only took 45 minutes to bake using the eggs. Maybe because I had drained the corn(the recipe didn't specify).

Peach Muffins

Very good! I replaced 1/2 cup of the oil with applesauce and used about 2 1/2 cups of peaches. They smell and taste great!
