Mizithra Browned Butter Pasta
I found myzithra cheese at WINCO for a great price! Grated it myself, doubled the recipe, and this was enough pasta to serve 10 people, for under $10!! It is important, when browning the butter, to let it get to the foaming stage while on a medium heat. Stir it constantly, and when the foaming subsides, it will start to turn amber/golden. Turn off the heat, and let it sit for a few minutes, then run it through a strainer, to remove the burnt solids from the liquid butter. You can make the butter in big batches, and store it in the fridge too! Just use a large pot. My friends and family loved this, so much that we all had it for breakfast the next morning too!

Blueberry Coffee Cake III
Wonderful recipe! I made a few changes also, 3/4 cup milk like some others, made it easier to spread. I didn't have any fresh fruit either, but I had a bag of frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries) which I added to the batter, still frozen, and it was DELICIOUS! I also used chopped almonds in the topping as it was what I had on hand. Next time I'll put some almond extract in the batter as well. And finally, I made this and assembled it the night before, covered and refrigerated all night, and baked it in the morning. It worked perfectly! I just added about 10 extra minutes baking time to account for the coffee cake being chilly from the fridge. I also baked it in a stoneware deep dish pie plate which tend to take a bit longer anyway. I'm definitely making this again!!

Fudgy Chocolate Cream Pie
This pie was a hit! It had so much taste, and was really fudgy, not light and fluffy like pudding. If you want a pudding pie, make that! If you want a slice of Heaven, MAKE THIS! I topped it with some home-made whipped cream whipped with a Tablespoon of vanilla instant pudding mix, Tablespoon of powdered sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla! Then I topped that with some semi-sweet chocolate shavings! Everyone was completely amazed! I will DEFINITELY be making this pie again soon!!
