Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Wonderful! I think using a pillsbury pie crust is just as good as homemade, so don't waste the time!

Crab Quiche I

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2008
Wow, with some alterations this was delectable! Old Bay seaoning is a must, I couldnt imagie what it would have tasted like other wise. I sautted some regular onions with garlic, used 3 eggs, and added a mixture of cheeses. I didn't have a pie crust, but I had some pillsbury rolls that I baked and then placed on the bottom of the pan and around the sides. MMMM, it was gone before I turned around!

Spinach and Spaghetti Squash Quiche

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2008
I wasn't impressed one bit with this recipe. There was absolutely no flavor, and what's the point in eating if you can't taste anything. I followed other's advice and added cayenne and garlic, but still....nothing! My guess is, use real eggs and a nice thick crust and this might be a keeper!

Four Seasons Enchiladas

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2007
This recipe was great and pretty easy. It was nothing extraordinary, but it was good. I heated the turkey on the stove for a few minutes with a package of taco seasoning and 3/4 cup of water-this ads some good flavor to the meat. I used more than 2 cups of turkey and more cheese-this was a good choice. If you are in the mood for mexican, this is a quick way to have a good taste of it!

Chicken With Portobello Mushrooms and Artichokes

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2007
How Wonderful! I heeded the advice of others, and used 1 cup of broth & added no brandy . Im not a big fan of tarragon so I omitted it and it was still delicious. I thought the chicken would be a bit dry, but I let it simmer a few extra minutes in the sauce and it was a moist as can be. I served this with wild rice and steamed veggies. Great Recipe!
