Fluffy Carrot Muffins with Cream Cheese Frosting
Just made these exactly as recipe calls for. I even ran out of vanilla and they were sooo good. So light, fluffy and moist, definitely a keeper recipe. I was a little confused on the frosting part, it was all crumbly when I was mixing it with my hand mixer, so I stopped and used a rubber spatula to mix it together and it was fine. Thanks for the recipe. Deelish!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Just made these 2 minutes ago and I have found the ultimate Choc Chip cookie recipe. Thank goodness. Followed the recipe to a T, with the exception of only having 1 stick (1/2 cup) of unsalted butter so had to use 1/4 cup of reg salted butter. Don't think that made a diff at all. I don't like to wait before I start scooping the batter onto the sheet but so many people suggested it, I put it in the freezer for 8 mins to cut down on the time. Now, I know why they suggest it. The batter is pretty gooey if you don't and not as easy to work with. Will leave in 15 mins in the freezer next time. My daughter took 1 bit and she said 'MMMmmmm..better than the store!'. It's a winner for me. i've been making the Award winning choc cookies recipe from this site and it was too cakey and fluffy for me. Switching to the recipe from now on.

Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries
These are awesome!! Just made these tonight using 4 oz ramekins, made them before dinner, stuck em in the fridge and put in the oven just as we were clearing dinner. I was so excited about how good these were. I thought they looked a bit undone after 11 minutes so I left them in there an extra minute, which I shouldn't have. Only the 1st one was really gooey inside. By the time I had the other ones out, they were setting. I will definitely be making these again, soo easy to make!! And so yummy!!
